hey guys here is some suggestions for forum
if you don't mind me so saying this ===> forum is look little bit bad
i got confused i visit first time here is my ideas
1. site banner is so big resize it to 900*243
2. poll for new applications are wrong and one can vote so you can move that to personal where just members and leaders can see poll
